Do you know why Sugar Loaf, a tourist attraction of Brazil famous in the whole world, has this name? Because it has the same form of refined sugar.

And do you know why Aomori ("Blue Forest" in japanese), a tourist attraction of Japan, is called like this? A forest is supposed to be green, but a long time ago, blue and green were the same color for japanese.

And the big surprise is: many brazilians and japanese people don't know it. Only if someone - normally a foreigner - asks and, then, they need to search for the answer. Which are the 10 happiest nations of the world?

This week CNN informed which nations are more happy according to a research made by Columbia University's Earth Institute. The report was based in how satisfied people from many countries are with their lives. The 10 happiest nations are:

1) Denmark

2) Norway

3) Switzerland

4) The Netherlands

5) Sweden

6) Canada

7) Finland

8) Austria

9) Iceland

10) Australia

Your country is not in the list? Don't be sad, mine is not included too. However, there are other criteria which can determinate how happy a nation is. For example, a friend of mine says living in Sweden is better because the country has a good quality of life. In other hand, another friend says living in a tropical place like Brazil or Hawaii is better because both have many nature beauties.

So, according to those two friends, a whole new list could be done. Same with you, same with me. According to Taptrip, the Top 10 of nations is:

Interview with user: he made 120 friends through Taptrip!

For today's post we made an interview with Confident Julius, an active Taptrip user who lives in Kampala, Uganda. He uses Taptrip since 2012 and reached the number of 120 friends. Now he tells a little more about the app and his experience with that.

Tap Trip: Which points do you like most in Taptrip?

Julius: Well, the points I like most are many. But, I am gonna mention a few: being able to socialize with people from other continents and sending them friend request at the end of the trip.

Taptrip: How many friends did you make through Taptrip? 

Julius: I have been able to make so many friends and I think they are around 120.

Taptrip: Which countries are these friends from?

Julius: My friends are from so many countries: Japan, Ghana, Kenya, USA, Canada, UK, Brazil, Chile, France, Germany, plus so many other countries!!

Taptrip: Could you tell us an interesting story regarding your Taptrip experience? 

Julius: I am going to meet my first Taptrip friend in person - Lucy - and she stays in Kenya! I will be leaving Uganda tomorrow for business purposes, but I have also made arrangements to meet Lucy for the first time!
